Did a good job of fixing up the old mixer. Hope you have fun on the boat. Looks like the goats enjoyed the food too.

Great video, I could nearly smell that cow feed all the way from AUS. That rabbit would make a great stew, grain fed rabbit, yum, good tucker

You look good on the WD. I enjoyed seeing the toys out working old school. Cows are looking yummy! If you get enough you’ll need a manure spreader.

Try putting some of the hay were you are feeding in the ear corn. The hay should help clean out the auger of shelled corn.
@dirtgrainsteel Жыл бұрын
The the augar has some rust spots on it from when it was left laying out side for years under a pile of bricks so the hay gets caught and wraps with the hay so eventually I'm going to get new augar flighting

I'm gonna grind some ear corn next week, a little more old school than you though, I'll be using my old John Deere flat belt driven hammer mill...as a side note, the hammer mills don't mix in the supplements so I dump the cracked corn into a concrete mixer, add the supplements and then bag it up. I'm a little bit south of you in Boone county so if you see a corn dust cloud coming your way you'll know I've started.

I've got an old bear cat grinder mixer. All I use is the grinder.

You almost messed up, but your recipe is safe with us. Everyone already knows when you grind and mix feed with a 2cyl jd, your making pop corn! Lol😅

I'd like to see you put the WD on the AC small round baler. My uncle always said you can't even fix it because it's not broke. About like the AC snap coupler plow. Yes I speak from experience. LOL!
@dirtgrainsteel Жыл бұрын
That's next on my list of things to do I just want to try it just to play I know it's impractical to bale a bunch with it

Never had rabbit. Anyone tell me how it tastes? I live on a great property to raise them in "chicken sleds". Otherwise they would be eaten by wildlife.
@dirtgrainsteel Жыл бұрын
Rabbit is fantastic...George raises them for meat and my grandpa also loves to eat them

You should be watching for cattle right now with that drug going on and a lot of guys getting rid of cattle. Did you ever get a chance to try your sprayer yet? Did not see any videos on the sprayer
@dirtgrainsteel Жыл бұрын
I guess I haven't heard about that with the cattle I definitely want to increase the size of my heard....I haven't got a chance to spray yet but I'm pretty sure I've got everything plumbed right this time so it should be ready to go
@garygrandadam7849 Жыл бұрын
Haven't heard about any drug, I'll have to look it up. But even in Missouri, S. Dakota, Nebraska and states that way last week having record, well maybe not record but huge numbers of feeders at auction. The damn price just keeps going up. Priced me right out of breeding girls or steers. And here in n.w. Wi I'm buying hay.
