I’ve been doing this for my chest last 4 months. I had an ikea flat pack chest🤣. I now have a speed bump chest 😂 so the gains are working with progressive overload

Db bench press is really solid because more ROM so I use it rather than the actual bench press. I really feel the burn on my chest afterwards too.

Sitting edge of bench to in position to do a set and back could be done for reps as it’s own exercise. Where in the program would u put that? Dynamic isometric for shoulders and makes lower back super strong

Jay is a legend! I do 4x12Xx3. 4 sets, 12 reps, 3 different exercises. Works good for me. If i get burned out on this. I’ll change it up and do 5sets, 5reps on compound lift for a bit and then go back.
