I’m up in BC, Canada and sometimes the ingredients you use are tough to find. You could do an entire video just on chilies. How to handle them, why cut out the seeds and the characteristics of each type. The ones I found here were: Anaheim peppers Green Serrano peppers Hot peppers pasilla Habanero peppers hot Jalapeño peppers Maybe you could tell us substitutions. Love your videos
