why dont you explain what any of the settings do? I'm not going to set this cause you say so. Explain why you are doing it and what it affects

You dont have to as it is just my suggestion, most of the settings are self-explanatory as they state what that are for/do. If i went through every setting and explained it in-depth it would be an hour long video which 90% of people will not watch.

Yes, I have checked and I am on Windows 10 Pro Edition if this helps in any way Windows 11 would be slightly different however, im not familiar with that version.
