That tool is one bucket of gold, Brian! As a tech I use Fab's Autobackup from France which is very useful to move personal data to another pc, you will be surprised how much is collected and transferred! A huge time saver. The PRO version (not free) is portable an can be used for multiple computers, support and updates last for one year, but I still use my older licence on the road.

HELLO BRIT! Am an avid Subscriber, you are my first 'Go to' when diagnosing PC issues! I recently built a new Computer in my old Tower with an MSI Z390-A PRO Motherboard with an Intel Pentium Gold Processor G5400 CPU @ 3.7GHz! Next added 64.0 GB DDR4 3200 Ram! Also a ZOTAC GAMING GeForce GTX 1 Video Card! Recently upgraded all my HHD's with an Intel 660p Series M.2 1 TB SSD Drive C and two WD I TB internal SSD's! My Computer now boots up completely for a cold start in 30 seconds!!!! (Once in a while when I turn it on, it Boots into the Bios Screen)!!!(But when I wont to boot into Bios, no matter what key combination I press it wont go into Bios on Command)! Windows will not display on my Digital Monitor but I can see the Bios Screen on another HDMI Output to my 32 inch TV! Am running XMP Mode and Gaming Mode on the MSI along with allocating 3/4 of my Ram to Process my Adobe Premiere 2022! My Question is: How do I get the computer to Boot into Windows EVERY TIME? And secondly, How do I get my computer to boot into Bios on command?

Dear Brian, I started to learn to fix my PCs and have found your videos very helpful. Yesterday after using the HeavyLoad to run all tests in maximum settings within Windows Repair Tool Box as this video suggested on my two Lenovo laptops (one has Windows 10 and another Windows 11) , both laptops had screen frozen and the SSD C drive on the new one (with Windows 11) had only 1.5 GB left out of about 500 GB. I had to restore the system using my system image backup. Can you explain why that happened? Was that cause by a virus? Thank you.

Can't fix SFC Scannow as it cannot repair corrupted files.Tried Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /restorehealth but it doesn't work either as it cannot find the resource files or whatever they're called. SFCFix always crashes (I used to work back in the day). I am frustrated.

I see a bad driver update in my diagnostic event thingie but doesnt say what driver and my computer has been going to hell for 2 weeks now. I guess im just gonna do a full reset and install of windows. Maybe I should try that DDU and uninstal my nvidia drivers? Should I uninstall my intel cpu driver too? I need some advice please yes I work in IT but with newer systems So I have a laptop from 2011 I went to know if I put a 1tb SSD and 8gb or ram will it be faster and be worth using it's a old Celeron laptop that i really need to speed up. Thank you for everything.

I used to use this on PCs I wanted to check or repair but I abandoned it some time ago due to it constantly failing to to update the definitions. (I'm not sure whether it was perhaps Microsoft's anti-Ransomware which was blocking it. I really can't remember). I also was less than keen on the fact that it wasn't a self contained tool but a toolkit, that is, a collection of download links to other third party tools, which might vary in their trustworthiness over time. You have to simply rely on the author to constantly check the trustworthiness of everything he links to. Despite my experiences, I might give it another go...

Great idea but only if your machine has an internet connection. I'd have to download all of the apps to a specific folder and carry everything with me. I've almost always used Hirens bootcd since WAAAAAY back, these days on USB.

i used account fixer and it created an account nam ed "apf_temp_admin" and it doesnt let me sign in and after a while it deletes my profile and gives me an error when trying to sign in and i have to use system restore but then after a while it deletes it again im stuck in a loop. i cant even delete the apf temp account under users

How does it compare to the free 'Glary utilities' ? (Perhaps any comparing table somewhere - I confess I didn't search jet.) (It took me a wile to switch over from CC cleaner's tools.) I also often run the in-built HP diagnostics-etc tools of my (HP) PC. Maybe Glary is also available for onto a usb-key. The obvious seeked for advantage must be to allow to boot the PC with it (or is that still an extra soft)?

Will this repair my windows 11 not shutting down properly problem? I tried every solving method I found on youtube but none works for me.
