My GF flour: in cups 6 brown rice, 2 bean, 1 tapioca flour. Mix and store. My Pancakes: Premixed for on the go: 4 cups GF flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup powdered buttermilk, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1-1/2 tsp salt. Mix, blend store. To make the pancakes: 1 cup pancake mix, 1 tblsp Extra virgin olive oil, 1 egg, start with part of 1 cup of water and add while mixing to consistency. Yield: 8 4" pancakes. Adjust as required. Add any fruit to the mix or on top of cooked pancakes. Enjoy.
