I used to model such crazy details too - when at some point I realized, that in many cases, texturing those details with bump/normal maps is perfectly adequate. At least for whole scenes, where such an object is just one of many. If it was for something like product presentation, where all the attention is on this object alone, hacing max level of real detail makes sense.

Некоторые люди, у кого не очень хорошо с английским, скачивают нужное видео, потом заливают на приватный (закрытый) канал на ютубе и смотрят это видео через Яндекс браузер. Уже с переводом. Не знаю, можно ли скачать видео с патреона, тут уж погугли инфу на эту тему.

You doing a great job, and thank you for this, but I don't get why in the preview is a diagonal or rhombic grid and you are showing a rectangular one, which is also nice but missing several essential steps. Funny but Blender Secret's man has done the rectangular

yea you def can, im pretty sure you can just use this exact technique on a flat plane there is a matcap or something that lets you visualise normals. position your camera facing itmake sure it covers the entire thing and use orthographic mode, then hit viewport render not cycles or evee
