@TwinsTry I'm not sure, actually. If you type in emmymade donkey balls, she has a Hawaiian where she tried them and shows them, I think she mentioned where she bought it, too. They are basically just huge chocolate 🍫 balls with macadamia nuts inside lol but in funny packaging called donkey 🫏 balls lol.
