Now is not the time to get lazy and flabby guys because it's SO EASY to build a solid six pack and I really mean that. Even if your abs are not visible now, as long as your diet is in place and you consistently train your abs with this workout 3 - 4 times a week, they will come in! The best part though? You can quite literally NETFLIX & CRUNCH all week long because 99% of abs exercises are performed on your back giving you the perfect view of your TV. I mean seriously, what better motivation to train abs than treating yourself with a new show you happen to be binge watching right now? Abs are just like any other muscle and in order for them to grow and become more defined you need to focus on them. SO GET FOCUSED! YOU GOT THIS! I wanna use your chest, back, and abs video for some sort of weekly routine but I’m a beginner and I’m so confused on how to schedule weekly workouts effectively. Should I do each video once a week with rest days in between? What do you guys recommend?
@Chronokatan4 жыл бұрын
Hey Scott, working from home now and trying to lose weight and getting healthier at the same time... great videos! What I was wondering... if there a difference between doing a long workout with several sets and reps vs right now I do every few hours take a break and do something. Like 3x 15 squats there, 3x 15 lunges there, 1x 12 bench presses there, then I return to my PC and do again a few things maybe an hour later to step away from the PC. Anything fundamentally wrong with that?
@LHS_Shadow4 жыл бұрын
I would say that it makes all the difference. Your body instantly starts repairing itself when you break it down by exercising. Taking a break too often I think would only hurt your body. I would recommend sticking to a schedule and setting a time to do your full workout.

@jakobflores53824 жыл бұрын
damofoluis Your abs wrap around your abdomen like a belt so yea it’s normal you’re still working your “abs” and it should feel like your working a muscle. I guess if it’s in a crippling way then it’s bad? Search up some lower back stretches and make sure your on a matt
@mattc42664 жыл бұрын
Jakob Flores not true your transverse abdomnis does . Not your rectus abdomnis
@DPMixing4 жыл бұрын
If your core is weak and you haven’t done core exercises like this before, you’re probably compensating by overly flexing your lower back which is what you’re likely feeling. These are pretty advanced core exercises. If you’re struggling with them it’s probably better to do basic leg lifts, planks, crunches until you build up enough the core strength to do these without compensating in your lower back. Also a good way to check this and your form is just to film yourself and then compare to Scott’s form in the video.
