The Best Hot Cross Buns

Ingredients
Dough
4 Cups All purpose flour (I used five rose brand )
1 Cup Milk
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tsp mixed essence
1/2 Tsp salt
6 Tbs butter
1/4 Cup ground mixed fruits (Optional) 👉 • Guyanese Mixed Soak Fr...
1 Cup raisin
3 Eggs
2 Pk yeast (14grams ) (2 1/4 Tsp per pack )
Syrup for glazed
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup water
For Cross
1 Cup flour
1 Cup water
Baked 350F for 20-25 Minutes until Golden brown 🤤🤤

I have the Samsung stove too!!The gas version. The bread proof is so good. I also used the air fryer a couple of times. After the first time of making a mess when I was air frying with the drippings I learned to lay the frying basket over a baking pan to catch the drippings and avoided the mess. The only issue I have is that when I am cleaning the stove because the buttons are so sensitive to the touch it starts to light up.
