This program is absolutely fantastic for EDSers or anyone struggling with chronic pain/mobility issues. Jeannie is through and her visualization techniques are precisely the kind of instruction I need. She is very careful with her instruction to mitigate the risk of injury while exercising.

I just got diagnosed last week with EDS and I've been looking for videos like this so I can start doing some exercises before I go off to PT (: thank you so much!!

Jeannie you are great!! This is great! You are the first one who explains "the cat" well. In my last rehabilitation hospital they instructed me to go from cat to cow and they literally said "hang into your back". Well, I suffer from HSD. I can "hang" extremely deep. I warned them it hurts. Weeks after it caused a row of fluid bumps next to my spine and a lot of pain. The PT just said: try this for 4 more weeks. They just have no idea what's going on in a hypermobile body. Now I know what it should look and feel like. (And prevent hanging into a cow) Thank you? I'm curious what happened. Was the fascia perhaps torn? Do you or anyone else recognise this? Can we also have a personal consult with you?

Hi Jeannie! I’ve been repeating this class daily for a few months now and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my joint and back pain throughout the day. Its really been an amazing addition to my daily routine. I have been having trouble with the bridge pose though and was wondering if you have any tips? No matter what position I’m in, or how many times I try it, it still hurts my low back.

That’s great news. Glad to hear. Hard to give advice without seeing you do the bridge or knowing your medical history, but common issue is losing the tail tuck as you go up into bridge. Make sure you haven’t flattened the low back. Also keep it low - don’t try to push high.

I cannot tell you how happy I am to find you! I've been searching for a while what would be the best exercises for my hypermobility and now I have! I'm ready to get stronger. This is so generous of you to make these videos . I'm sitting down now to watch as much as I can . I have a question regarding the most appropriate form of cardio. Have you covered this subject yet? If so would you please put the link for that here? I definitely want to increase my cardio and endurance and I'm not sure the best way to do that. I'm looking for something that can be done besides walking. Perhaps a stationary bicycle? I've been learning about HIIT programs but I'm not sure if that's too much. Thank you again in advance.

I think I’m referring to a class in The Zebra Club. That’s the only fascia class I’ve filmed.

Hi! I have been doing your introductory video on KZbin for the last few weeks and thought I would change it up by doing this one next. I feel like it's a little bit faster though and I wasn't really focusing on putting my weight into my wrists and things that were reminders in the 1st video. Do you recommend that I you recommend that I stick with one? I do feel more pain because I am so used to pushing myself doing yoga.

How would one know if their hypermobile or have EDS ? Jeannie why do you heart , love a comment, but, not answer why you love it without answering or responding why you love it.?

You would need to get a clinical diagnosis from a rheumatologist for an Hypermobile EDS diagnosis. Or geneticist to take for other forms of EDS.
