I never could do exercise. But last year I get your free program from my Pt and this is the first time it works for me. I can only 3 reps but I can do it and it feels so great to do something that works for my eds body. I have hope now.

Hello, recently discovered i am hypermobile(no pain no syndrome just hypermobility) and ur channel is really helping me out a lot 😊! Watching a lot of videos of urs and gaining a lot of knowledge! I have a question ,Can we do the stability, proprioception and the hypermobility related exercises u tell as a warmup or pre workout before the main muscle building workout? Will it hinder my performance at the gym? And while doing my workouts ,are there any precautions i should take? Plz reply! 🙏

Yes we have a number of safe cardio classes in The Zebra Club
