I’ve had a Mous limitless case on my iPhone 13, 14, and 15. They just keep getting better. The iPhone 15 pro max limitless case is fantastic. I went for the Bamboo finish this time because it compliments the natural titanium finish and I love it. Great in the hand and protective. I generally love buying and trying iPhone cases but none are as nice as my Mous case.

Same here .. using mous since xs max -> then 12 pro max, now looking for a 15 pro case, probably mous again. I had no troubles with them, they even replace my wifes speckled fabric :)

I used the limitless 5.0 aramid fibre on both my 14 pro max and now also my 15 pro max. I love the case and have dropped my phones loads of times and no damage to phones what so ever

I’m an aquatic biologist who does full-time field work. I had my Mous on my iPhone13 Pro Max, and after two years of getting dropped into streams and cobble river bottoms my iPhone looked brand new when I traded it in. I’m a forever customer now, and have the new Blue colour because the walnut got pretty ragged at the end.

Can I ask what you mean by ragged? I’ve been looking at that one but i’ll have a magsafe pop socket on it most of the time. Was wondering if that would affect the walnut over time. Also cool job!

the editing on this video is amazIng!! you kept it super engaging with unexpected edits like dropping the phone in the beginning, pointing at the camera, scratching Monty's back. Along with different types/variety of edits like cutting back and forth between the case being cut apart and you holding it, the slow motion, transitions. Lastly i really like the different camera angles and framing that you used as well! Great review along with all of this camera and editing work, it was very informative how you broke down everything (pun intended) and explained it in a very understandable manner.

I owned the mous aramid and the leather cases. I agree that they’re well constructed and protective but they are way too slippery for my liking.

Have you used them since addition of the grip strips on the side? I agree that the cases before the grips strips were added were way too slippery and I didn't buy another after the 4.0 for my 13 P. I'm wondering if those strips add significant improvments to the grip because that was my only complain about the Mous case.

Thank you! Please do more case teardowns, I like where you are going with this. I do have a limitless 4.0 for my 13 PM and you can notice the subtle changes they made for the better. the 4.0 is catching dust like crazy(inside the case) and without the microfibre there is a weird little air gap between said phone and case. Finally they made a good product for the money.

Got one from your recommendation before you release this video and I love it. It is my fav case for iPhone so far. It's not super bulky, it looks good without being too flashy. It's grippy but not annoying like the dbrand one. Well built. Good stuff

I tend to use both Mous and Castify, though I like the Casetify grip better. Both are great cases.

Casetify might have better grip because the sides are that sticky jelly type plastic... whereas the Mous sides are matte Good call to use both Casetify and Mous... get a crazy Casetify design & have that conservative Mous

Why care about grip to much when it's protected if you drop it anyhow. I'd go with Mous every time. They're expensive, but such great cases. Either that or the Rebel cases. Those are a labor of love.

Any thoughts on which finish to get? Is one sliperyier than another for magsafe accessories, is one stronger magnets? also, what do you think about Phone Rebel Gen 5? I saw you recommend the Frosted as #7 in your "Top iPhone 15 Cases" video. But was that the Gen 5? Does the Gen 5 move up or down at all? Its got some nice improvements, but is only available ATM for Pro versions.

I’ve had 2 mous cases in the past. 1 for the iPhone 11 and 1 for the 15 pro. They are super protective obviously. But every other factor just lacking. The grip was horrid. The build was very chunky (bubbly even). The buttons were VERY hard to press on the 11 model, but the 15 pro model was a HUUUUGE upgrade. Another thing to note, after about a year and a half the 11 Model case started to fall apart. The sides were getting loose from the back piece. I can’t speak on how much they have resolved this issue as I’ve only had the 15 pro case for a little bit. Basically, from my experience I can conclude the following: You will spend a bit of money for really good protection but not feeling. The case feels bad compared to other cases.

I just upgraded to iPhone 15 pro max and just ordered the mous case. At the moment I have iPhone 11 Pro with mouse case. Case on mine is not loose or falling apart whatsoever. It is a pain to remove fits so well. My phone has hit the concrete etc lots and lots over 4 years and always done its job. I don’t know how many times it’s hit so hard that I thought for sure my phone is done, and pick it up with no issues. Now it has a good number of scars in the corners from all that but very little considering what it’s gone through.

Love mine for the 14 but don’t love their warranty. They acknowledged a defect in the 4 for the 14 then they would not replace when I had the issue the 2nd time. I do not appreciate that policy. Great video Aaron with the thornless and honesty. Wish I could get them to change improve their policy.

Got my first Mous case 2 days ago for my 14, the black speckled. Love it although I wish the buttons weren't so easy to accidentally press. Wondering if it is safe to use my PhoneSoap UV-C sanitizer on it, hopefully won't fade the colour of the polyurethane coated fabric on the back

I recently got the Mous case for my new iPhone 15. Its great, but I come from a long line of big, rubbery Otterbox Defenders, so to me, it feel slippery. However, I did "test" it...getting out of my truck, it flew out of my hand, and I tried to break its fall with my foot and ended up kicking it, skidding across a gravel and asphalt parking lot. After a bride moment to swear loudly, it was fine, no damage, no scratches, no nothing. For that, it worked great. Coupled with an Oh Snap 4.0 grip, its very sleek and in/out of my pocket is great- save for when I chucked and kicked it. ;)

Please make a drop-test with the mouse case for 15 PM and compare it to drop protection of competitors like Phone Rebel, Rhino Shield and Pitaka. I know on paper the mouse case sounds really protective, but to what extent is that true?

Have new Blue color, and the sides got stained by turmeric!... was expecting better stain resistance for a $65 case. It was just an invisible bit of turmeric residue from pill supplements... but the Mous case picked it up... so it's now a blue case with yellowed sides... Interestingly, the blue fabric back did NOT stain... just the plastic sides. Should the Turmeric Test be implemented? Would be nice to know which cases can stand up to spices!

Thanks for your review, Mous cases are indeed good but the branding in 2 spots and in white is a hard pass. It’s painful enough to add a case to the beautiful piece of design that an iPhone is without supporting awful branding

I hate the lanyard attachments…I use a Rhinoshield Crashguard for my 15PM and it also has a spot for a lanyard. I find myself getting dirt and dust under the bumper from it.

Been using one on my 13 pro pretty much since day one (dark wood finish). The quality is unrivaled, and it still looks and feels almost brand new today. Only issue with it, is that it's like holding a bar of soap, hopefully the 14/15 versions fix that. That extra logo, just ruins the design. Perhaps a sharpie will do the trick.

I’ve had mouse cases over the years and mouse did replace my leather one after the “leather” was peeling off. If I bought the mouse case again I would buy the speckled one or the aramid. Really tough but I no longer do construction work so I prefer the thinner cases. Still I miss the speckled one so hopefully your link works for me in Australia

Loads do ESR armourites and Torras Glass go and diamond glass. Most screen protectors work with mous. I used mous aramid fibre on both my 14 pro max and 15 pro max and never had a problem with any screen protector

The Mous Limitless 5.0, is a good case, however, it does have some flaws. The biggest gripe I have, with this case, is that it has sharp edges. This makes the pinky-under-phone grip, painful and unbearable, at times. This is usually only a problem if you use your phone while laying down, so the weight of the phone is resting on your pinky. Additionally, while the edges around the case are somewhat textured, they are by no means soft or grippy. The grip ridges are underwhelming, and I’m not sure how effective they actually are. I do like this case, though. The fit, and the build quality are quite nice. The buttons are working flawlessly. While the bottom lip isn’t flush with the screen, this hasn’t hindered my up swipes at all. This is a good quality case. I would just prefer more rounded edges on the bottom/back, and the edge material to be slightly more grippy. 8.9/10

I bought Mous Limitless 5.0 with along with the iPhone 15 in October. everything was great as always until the outer layer started peeling off. Yeah, you would think the black rubber on the sides is all singe material but there is a layer of vinyl or some sort of TPU glued on top of it. Seems salty water helped speed up this process. I had their 2.0 case for 5 years and after all falls, cracking and chipping it never peeled. Mous is sending me a warranty replacement but I'm not sure it will do any better.

I love and follow You and Your reviews! Several other reviewers have stated that the magnets on the Mous 5 for iPhone 15 may not be strong enough? Mous has officially stated that this case follows the Apple prescribed magnet standard to the letter. Are the Mous 5 iPhone magnets strong enough to support your recommended PopGrip for MagSafe Round?

Will be interested to see if you detect a fit issue when pressing in from the sides below the buttons. I felt a "snap" on two examples which was bothersome. (Carbon Fiber model) Otherwise excellent case.

I bought this case based on this review and the power and action buttons are both TOO SENSITIVE. They are activated on the slightest brushing without any click whatsoever. NO BUENO. I’ll be returning mine today☹️

Never get the Mous black white speckled one, if placed on a car mount for gps over time (especially over summer) the glue will melt and the textured back WILL fall off. When this happened I contacted Mous contact support and they replaced it for free. But 4 months later the same thing happened again so I contacted them again but then they said they only do one free replacement per order.

Everyone’s crying about the grip. It’s not bad at all. Unless you have the grip strength of a toddler, you shouldn’t have a problem. I have the carbon fiber and it feels amazing. The raised edges don’t bother me either. It’s additional protection and allows you to lay the phone down face first with no worries.

Stupid questions but I’m in the Pitaka ecosystem 1) Is the Pitaka MagEZ pro comparable protection to mous? 2) Would a mous case stick to pitaka chargers since they are both mag safe compatible? The older models did not.

Had the iPhone 15 pro limitless case with walnut since I bought my phone, I'm a little disappointed. It has good drop-tests but the finish of the plastic is pealing off and I starts to look bad even when the rest looks new after 6mth of use. I had leather cases for 3 years that had no such problems and cost just a little more. The screen protectors are not holding up that good as well, as they easily scratch and the second one I just but on after 6mth of buying them (2 in a pack) has this little air on the left upper corner, which usually happens if I've them on for over a year. Bought a new leather case from Ryan London, will see if that holds up better and use this one for some adventures.

Also lifetime guarantee replacement if it breaks. I had my iPhone 11 since 2019 and it just started separating and I sent pics to mous and they were going to replace it with a brand new one if I wanted. I opted to update my phone to a 15 pro and I’m buying a mous case for that one too!

I just got my casetify ultra bounce I was hoping Aaron would have done a review on that particular case but maybe it’s coming. I will give you my thoughts. I buy a lot of casetify cases and I really like them. I was very disappointed when I received the ultra bounce the edges are a matte kind of feel but I was really surprised how uncomfortable the feel of the case is. It’s not nice and soft feeling it’s very rough and very stiff which is fine but I was expecting it to feel like a nice rubber silicone feel and it feels more like sandpaper to me my new iPhone 15 pro arrives tomorrow 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 so I will see how it goes I’m hoping the edges softened up with a little hand grease….lol. Only way to tell is by using the case will it protect I’m sure it will it may even be over kill to be honest. It’s the most expensive case I have ever purchased it was $130 here in Canada and delivery for casetify cases take almost a month which really pisses me off sometimes but I like there cases so I put up with it.

@@I_I_l_l_I The 3.0 had a mag mount designed by Mous. It was before apple brought MagSafe to the IPhone. So it’s not compatible with Apple MagSafe.

Get the speckled fabric version, the backside of mine feels very very grippy and doesn’t show fingerprints like the aramid fibre one I’ve had in the past

I used to love mous limitless but my first case (iPhone 12 pro) literally fell apart because the glue just seemed to disappear. I was happy they honoured the warranty and replaced it but the replacement did the same thing in less than half the time and the warranty doesn’t cover replacements. They also seem to have deleted my account after their data breach. I have the iPhone 15 pro arriving later today but I’m just not sure if I want to give them another chance.
