But if you were making a quiche, you would have to put the egg contents is as well? If you do the pastry first and then the egg contents a 2nd time, wouldn't they burn?

I'm always so affraid of making keto pie crusts because it never works for me. I follow every step and still.. I found your recipe and I was convinced it's very easy to make. Wrong. Like other keto pie crusts I tried to make, this was a failure again. It always comes out like a paste. Very sticky and soft. Not like a dough consistency. And I really can't understand where do I fail. It's frustrating because I really want to make keto pies..

Hello, have you tried freezing the crust for about 15-30 minutes first? I always freeze the dough first so it can set properly before I bake it. I hope that helps you :)
