Start light, 12k or 16k, until you’ve perfected your form, then increase the weight. Remember, you’re not competing with anyone else, concentrate on yourself, fuck everyone else. 🇬🇧👍

Agree with the last comment, 12kg is a good starting point, get used to using the bell, when feeling comfortable and want to move up a gear, try a 16kg👍 Don’t go too heavey too soon! 🏴💪
