Thank you all for watching this video. You guys are great!!! Now, a few tips to help make this successfully first time. Please use bread flour. Mine is King Arthur with 12.7% protein. That’s why you see the dough so stretchy. It has a lot of protein so more gluten. Place on middle rack. Fleischmann’s rapid rise yeast. Knead time 3-5 minutes. It’s a crispy recipe. Best eaten right out from the oven. That’s why this recipe is a small batch. Next day won’t taste as good since it’s a small piece of dough and dries out easily. Can double recipe if needed.
