I went into contact without knowing that it was a thing, before watching break up videos on KZbin. The last thing I said to my ex was Well if you’re willing to let me go, that’s everything I need to know. There’s no going back after that. I have too much self respect. It does suck though. 💔

I wonder why😂 that's was 5 months ago. No idea if she got with her work friend but she made no effort to patch it up with me

Others do talk about it being more for your self worth and moving on to better things. Because no, no contact does not make your ex come crawling back to you. They might feel sad about it, but they've gone through with a mayor step and for a reason. Think about it this way, have you ever gone back to an ex after you broke up with them? Probably not. And even if NC was a sure thing, if your ex is following this strategy as well both of you are ignoring eachother and nothing will happen. 😄

your videos have helped tremendously. thanks for keeping it real. currently in true no contact since early january from a 7mo relationship. been full of ups & downs. been focusing my energy on getting myself back & coming around. been going on dates, one of the difficulties i have been facing is that i now have a higher standard & find it difficult to find a lady worthy of numerous dates.

I did the stupid thing and engaged in a conversation with another female on social media (not a sexual conversation btw) my ex went through my phone and see the message. 7 weeks later we did have a conversation only on Friday which was very very long. Different perspectives, point of views, feelings and the relationship as a whole were spoken about during our talk. Yes I know I’ve broken no contact. Overall the conversation with me asking if we could talk. She responded that she’ll talk to me soon.. it’s been a 5 year relationship with a few breakups with a lot of learning and understanding my behaviour and I’m currently in therapy not only to be a better partner potential but more so I’ve recognised patterns within me that I’ve been carrying for most of my childhood and I want to change that. I did say to her that all I can is be a man of my word and do what I say that I’m going to do in order to change which I think is worth getting credit for. The last 7 weeks have been extremely tough but I’m battling on. I’d love some advice on whether I’m doing the right thing or added things I can do. Thanks mate.

My ex,ex (which i had the hardest break up pain ever after 7y of relationship) saw me on the street with gaining 20lbs and wearing my oldest clothing and i can laugh about it 😂i gained this weight because of my recent break up pain. But now i‘m back on track. 💪🏼

Mine is a bit different. Me and my ex broke up a few times. We were together for 5 years. I told her last time if she ever done it again I would cut her out and that is what I have doe, blocked her on everything. It stii hurts but I have found it easier blocking her. There is still bewilderment and unanswered questions. The relationship was generally good but not that good because we broke up a few times.

Although I loved it, it really wasn't good. This relationship is the same, it's just no good. I'm doing ok tbh, better than I thought. Thanks for you effort posting the videos

My gf of 3 years broke up with me 2 months ago. I acknowledge i was the reason because of the break up. I messed up in the beginning of the relationship doing things i shouldn’t that made her insecure (like looking for external validation) and she built up resentment. I did work on myself during the relationship but she couldn’t get passed it. We had an argument about something unrelated and she ended it. I was begging and pleading trying to convince her post break up and got nowhere, she was angry. I decided to go no contact since 10 days ago. Can this help out ? Since i am the reason the break up toon place is no contact recommended ?

I’m sorry to hear that buddy. You could something like. “I messed up. No excuses! I messed up! For that I am truly sorry. I’m working on it and going to therapy to figure out why I acted the way I acted. (Btw, go to therapy! Don’t just say it) I would love more than anything to work on our relationship together but I will respect your decision if you choose not to. If you change your mind about us, let me know.” After that my friend, regardless of what happens you go full no contact and don’t speak to her unless she reaches out. I’d give her some time to calm down.

@@TheLoveFix-Nick I was sort of ok. Got a reach out after 3 weeks and spoken to for 3 days the she vanished, that's what really created the turmoil. Never heard anything for 2 weeks, then I had to reach out for some items I needed. Got told "it's best for both of us" and "I guess time apart helps make clearer decisions". Been another 3 weeks since that and not a sound. Hopefully this is a peak, can't feel like shit anymore 🙈
