Here is how i clean my radiators on my quads. i used nu-calgon brand NU-BRITE coil and condenser cleaner. (LINK BELOW) i also do this on my cars and trucks to keep the a/c and radiator working 100%

Is it safe to use the aerosol version on a radiator installed on a vehicle? Does the nu brite damage hoses & painted parts?

safe and easy and hoses no issue but watch use on paint i rinse off painted surfaces immediately and pre wet them

Have you ever had the bike overhead within minutes bc of a dirty radiator ive got a 17 and i thought i cleaned it really good but the next time i took it out we got about 600 yards from the truck and my temp light came on

first check both hoses are getting warm/hot to verify that thermostat is infact opening if it is then there maybe an air pocket in the system. may need to loosen the 8mm bolt above the exhaust header and see if you have air in your system. theres instruction in the factory manual on how to do this

Kyle Graber i got the same problem on my 2014 scrambler, only tha it makes way further than...already flushed it and got the air out...maybe INJECTORS are dirty??????🤔🤔🤔

My brute force is running super hot after 10 mins of 20mph cruising in high. Before I clean the injectors I’m going to try cleaning the radiator.

So you only used Nu Brite (liquid version) and then finished it off with a acidic brightener? Cuz you're neutralizing the alkaline? I nevr had to do that as an HVAC traininer.

Yeah nice cleaning with out accessories, you never mention that thing will damage plastics as the headlights and plastics on bumper, there are permanent drop damage on my headlight that won’t disappear just from the mist of the spray applicator when I was applying the product, I’ve been trying to polish, clean the headlight on my semi truck and nothing the residue from that product still there, as the plastic bumper I really regret to use it 😓😓

What is the name of the cleaner you are using? And the Acid cleaner as well?

I wouldn't recommend using the acidic cleaner because it will create a hole over time. You can use any acidic wheel cleaner

I’m a HVAC technician do not use my-brite on aluminum coils 🤦🏻‍♂️it will eat them says right on the jug not aluminum safe. Look for tri power or something aluminum safe.
