I agree with Rebecca. I love the straightforward & positive guidance. Your instruction is on point with no nonsense or distractions, but still fun and unpretentious. The right combination. FYI I love classes with no music in the background.

Hi chloe, I initially found u thru well+good and really liked your style and energy so I looked for you on KZbin/IG. I’m really enjoying all ur videos so far. I think ur cues are clear and concise and you have a very positive vibe which makes the exercises more enjoyable. hi chloe. i also found you through well + good. after doing those workouts a few times, i went looking for your channel. i've done equipment pilates for years, and loved it so much i dismissed mat pilates. but your energy is delightful, you're encouraging at all the right times, and some of these workout are hard! the 15-20 minute bite size vids fit perfectly throughout my new work-from-home workday. thank you!

@@GoChloPilates It's definitely pushing my body in ways I didn't think it could...I would think, "oh, just lift your leg up a couple of inches, that's not hard at all"... and within a couple of seconds, there is a burning sensation I never felt when lifting weights! I'm excited to keep trying out your videos and challenging myself!

Thank you ❤️ When you find you use your neck muscles a lot, maybe modify by keeping your head down for abdominal work. It takes time to build up muscles - keep trying! xx

Last time I did this I stopped at 15 min because it felt like too much work for my wrists/hand. This time I went all the way and I feel like that area of my body got the most work. I enjoy this combination and I think I'll use it to build up wrist/forearm/hand strength as well.
