Thanks, Adrian for the free update...I always enjoy your reviews...you mentioned uploading to Google Sheets if you don't have Excel...I stopped buying Excel years ago...instead, I open and save it to Libre Office (free open source), just as good as Excel...it saves as an "ods" file locally rather than in the Google cloud...your hyperlinks work as well...please keep up the good work...:)

Hey Adrian. I’m starting to get concerned about the performance of HYLD. I don’t think the added leverage is having the effect the Hamilton ETF’s intended in terms of stock price appreciation. It still lagging almost exactly the same as the underlying major index covered call ETF’s. Income is good, but doesn’t compensate for the amount it’s fallen. Over 6 months, the S&P 500 which HYLD claims to be a income version of, is currently down 8.16%, while HYLD is down 21.73%. Factoring in income it’s still down almost 17%. Wondering if we can have a updated video with Hamilton ETF’s? I know they discussed the potential make changes to the underlying portfolio and I think it might be needed here considering the performance lately.

One thing I’ll add is that with the leverage, and covered call ETFs - the covered call strategy offers little to no downside protection, so with leverage it’s going down 25% more than the underlying ETFs. But during the recovery phase (which we saw with the recent rally) almost all the upside potential is given up with covered calls, so it’s really hard for the fund to recover. I think this is why we see this big discrepancy over a 6 month window.

ARK Invest does pay a small dividend at the end of the year. The only one that didn't have one was ARKX since it only became available in spring 2021.

Yes it’s possible that growth rate funds pay an annual dividend . But definitely not designed for that . Keep in mind the product info may not be super perfect . I tried my best to make it perfect however

What's the difference between NAV and Unit NAV (e.g. on the GDV page)?

Unit nav is the nav of the pref . Shares and class a shares combined . Nav is for only one of them

LibreOffice is a free full suite product for any OS and does everything and more than MS Office does. Another alternative to Google. Also note Microsoft is a proprietary product and not open source so it will have quirks. LibreOffice is Open Source and costs you nothing.

I purchased v3 and was pleased with it and looked forward to v4. I have to say I am disappointed. I appreciate all the work you put into it but there is a major change. Previous version you mention ETFs are the way to go but you did include research on REITs and Single Stocks even if you didn't recommend them. The dropping of those two tabs are the major difference in this version. Not all of us are the same and many of us still invest in REITs and Single Stocks. I am one of them. Will all future versions not include them anymore or will you reinstate them?

Sorry Chris, I removed them for several reasons. #1 i Feel owning single Companies or REITs are unnecessary and increase your RISK. #2 I only really had the higher Yield REITs and Dividend Stocks. Many of them have reduced dividends. All you need for REITs is MREL or RS. Its higher yield and safer as it has the Blue Chip REITs #3 I do not have the skills or knowledge to analyze single Companies , so i would not feel comfortable recommending them any longer. They will not be added in future versions. Trust me, you do NOT need them. Its pretty much speculating
