Has it changed from the growing populations? And what kind of ppl are moving in? (From a population chart it grew like crazy from like 1-2 years ago)

According to what I am reading the population is growing by a steady 1% per year. I have not seen a demo breakdown. But what I can tell you because I basically live there is it seems like a lot of families are moving here from the Kansas side because the property taxes are cheaper and the schools are really good as well. I believe it is headed for a very positive population growth. But only time will tell. Hope this helps .

Simple. A lot of my clients and people in general are really into CBD/ hemp. The owner of that LOCAL hemp place is a good dude. Also I have tattoos. But I should probably have my license revoked for that. 👍

Very beautiful lake brother. Jackson County Missouri ingeneral still has some rual country living out there as well unlike St.Louis County Missouri.

I'd put all of Johnson county above Lees Summit as for "best" KC suburb simply because it's the creme of the crop in KC especially Overland Park. I hate Overland Park btw but it's a step snazzier than Lees Summit

@Shotgun Cat In my own opinion Parkville doesn't really count because it's so small. It's like the size of my fingernail. It's still kcmo to me. But I really like it there too. Really everywhere north of the river is great.

There are some affordable houses to be found here but not a lot. An affordable area right now is Independence and Raytown! There are some really nice areas in both places and houses easily in the 200k range
