Fix your self first. So true, I am glad to hear you teach this. I know it is true. Twenty years ago I heard it as "being the right person is more important than finding the right person". This sage advice put me in a good place to find a keeper and I found her. I took two years learning how to be a more relatable and comfortable me in order to find and attract my keeper. In the 18 years of marriage that has followed I actively keep learning how to be a more relatable and comfortable me for my benefit and hers. Fine advice you are giving.

Great topic today. FWIW my parents had a terrible relationship and I was determined not to repeat that in my relationship. I initially wanted to hold off on having kids for a couple years to learn to be a better husband and father, but God had other plans. It's absolutely true that becoming your best self opens doors to many things in life, relationships just being one piece of the puzzle. Oh and don't worry about the effects of #insomnia; you're still the #moststunningredheadinnorthamerica. Anna, so much of what you say stands to reason, and you have undoubted charisma in your presentations. You are a natural saleswoman who has found a money making niche on social media. But there are a few general points I feel should be made: 1. Men need to decide whether relationships, per se, are worth pursuing. Let us call this the MGTOW issue. They are generally hard work and take an emotional toll. 2. The further your recommendations takes a man from his natural self, the harder it will be for him to sustain. 3. It could reasonably be argued that the biggest determinant of 'success' is something beyond one's control ...CHEMISTRY (sometimes called VIBE). It is something that cannot be altered by adhering to a list dot points.

Following the second divorce, two years of therapy was enough to fix at least the worst of my not so great parental first experience of love . Remember how the term 'PTSD' went through the same "buzz word" in our society about 10-15 years ago.

The only way to win any game, is to quit it, and walk away forever and never come back. There is nothing to be won from this game, and the other players are kind of... well... in a word or two, ditzy and flakey, unreliable and unpredictable. Any relationship you'd make them would be ephemeral at best. Put a big rock out in your yard, it will stay put longer than any woman. I thought as much long ago, painted the year on a rock with cardboard stencils and a can of spray paint, and put it out in my yard. It's still in the same place. I lifted up the rock and it said 2009. That rock has been in the same place since 2009. It's like what, 2024? 15 years? That's outlasted every relationship I have ever had by a factor of 5x. And it only took me 60 seconds to do so. Build rock walls, not relationships. They will last longer.

I knew a woman who in her mid 50s finally figured exactly the type of Guy she wanted someone younger with money. She was living in a time warp from her power years in her 20s. Last I saw her in her late 60s single for over 40 years and finally figured out how everything really works. I can understand a young man late teens not understanding how things work but a old woman should know better. Guys talk all the time about women over 40 and how clueless they really are about the world they live in. They are like single mothers that do not know the difference between a Guy that will use them for short term sex thinking he wants to marry them. Some do not understand their LTR sexual market value can go from a 10 to a 3 for the rest of their life once they are a single mother. Especially with todays legal system and culture of victimhood cults. A step Dad is a man the woman would not be caught dead with if she wasn't a single mom. Guys can also be stupid. The desire of hypergamy never gets too far from her frontal lobe. Even in her post sex appeal years.

Why is it always implied in one way or the other that narcissists are men? Is it the fact that narcissist traits are more obvious with men as figures of authority, is it that narcissism in women is overlooked, being mixed with her egocentrism in the relationship? Also, if I have my life together, can take care of myself, working out, doing my favorite things, having money... why would I bring a woman in my life? Most of the women I`ve dated after my divorce were an absolute mess. They felt intimidated by my cooking skills, cleaning skills, how I organized my life and actually told me that. So again, if I got my life together and found my balance, if I have a financial balance, why bring in someone I have to spend money on? If I have organized my life to suit my responsibilities and passions, why would I bring someone in it that will demand at least half of that time?

Two great questions! 1. Men are by nature (and nurture) physically stronger and more aggressive on average than women. Men have 10-30x more testosterone than women which plays a key factor. Most convicted violent criminals are men, many of them are malignant narcissists. They stand out in studies and society and thus it seems like there are more of them. However, there’s certainly a rise of other less obvious types of narcissists, many of whom are women. 2. Only you can answer that. If you can’t, you may be better to stay single. Nothing wrong with that if it makes you happy.

The distinction between attractiveness and attraction seems contrived to me. Also, deception practiced in pursuit of attracting is universal across all living species. Moths whose wings look like eyes, flies that look like bees, birds that mimic the calls of other birds, and so on. Signalling is a major component of survival. Opportunistic signalling is no exception. Fixing our shit must incorporate an awareness of this, and a more patient approach to evaluating what is genuine in others, if we value that. Outrage, in the end, is not a terribly useful emotion.

There is a very distinct difference. You don't really need much attractiveness to create attraction (I mean you don't have to look like a model, you do have to be well groomed and show some taste in what you wear - style + appropriate to the occasion). It can be learned too. But that's part of fix yourself first. For starters you should be comfortable in your own skin.

A mans labido often depends on the novelty of a new partner but mostly on the age and fertility of the woman. Men of all ages are attracted to women at their reproductive peak. If a 60 year old cannot get it up for a old woman chances are he would have no problem with a young fertile woman. There is much more to this equation then just testorone, I hope you can understand this but it will never be mentioned even though is is a huge part of the equation. If men state the obvious and the truth then women will have a fit of anger like a 4 year old. So the truth never gets acknowledge however men talk about it all the time. Men are also awear of food dates and manuplative agendas the genie is out of the bottle and cannot be put back. Serious men are dating for children and family beyond that not much happens anymore of a serious nature. It is very difficult for a old man to be motivated to risk rejection from a old woman or spend money on her or give her a comfortable life unless she gave him her best years. But if she gave her good stuff to someone else good luck getting into another mans pockets. It is the new normal they can thank feminism it destroys the birth rate and family and eventually society but takes over 100 years to do so. But we will continue being politically correct with lies ignoreing human biology, sexuality and psychology. Is it true a woman's list of expectations goes up with age??? How crazy is that? They have no body to blame but themselves. I hope young girls are going back to old fashioned values and setting themselves up to be mothers and grandmothers in their early to mid 20s with good husbands and ignoring the propaganda.

"You complete me." This is simultaneously a truism and a falsehood. Rollo Tomassi has said, and I agree, that men and women are better together. The statement creates the idea that someone can fix you or vice versa. I'm sure we all agree that is unhealthy. However, when a well-adjusted someone comes into a relationship another well-adjusted individual, that sense of being can be elevated beyond what can be achieved on their own. This is damned near a pipe dream 😆.

You won't like this. But really we don't need anyone to get by. Not even short tern.
