Thats the best answer of training hypertrophy you dont need to count reps because when people count reps they only focus off getting off that pain as fast as possible there doing 12 reps but there doing them in 20 segs and thats not enough to grow they need to focus of Completing 45 segs without stoping repping out thats rhe hardest part of hypertrophy not doing the reps keeping that tensión without stoping

To be honest, when doing endurance training that has isotonic and isometric movements. Just eat as much as you can before the workout as long as it doesn't negatively influence it. It doesn't matter if it is fats or carbs. You want as much fuel as possible to do as many reps. The body will use both carbs and fat as fuel during the workout. You will burn through the glycotic system and reach the oxidative system eventually.

Strengh training is the day i focus more fat and protein but before training i eat slow digestible carbs with fiber that come from frutes or veggies because you dont need to recover glicogen thats when your doing training like cardio tipes cardio hiit, 12 reps sets running, its simple

Can't break down protein without carbohydrate. Great knowledge, btw Prez you've gotta another subscriber. I'm 165pounds or 75kg however I don't eat 165 grams of protein per day. I workout 6 days per week, is it essential to get those 165 grams everyday to build lean muscle? I'm lucky to get 150 grams. How's it goin' TGM?

Whats good my bro! So if your 165lbs and eating 150g protein then “by the book” you are more then fine. However, if your trying to gain size, you MUST be eating more then you burn in general. For me, i prefer to eat more protein as opposed to more carbs or fats. It just is easier for me. Typically i eat aroung 1g to 1.2g per lb of bodyweight

I thought eating high fats before a workout is bad, because it’s slower burning?
