Scott knows what he's talking about The other thing that is clear that separates him from those others doing calisthenics is he really is natural. Those other guys with their heavy muscle development & hardness are using steroids, no question. Can't miss it

Is actually possible to gain weight, build muscle and burn fat those who can do it are people that have fast metabolism because i have seen transformations obiusly for that to happen you have to be a begginer that never train in your life i have seen skinny dudes that did not have abs they train first time gain weight and look more shredded but if they dont have abs before how they get abs in a surplus

I was 127lbs when I started, lifted weights went to 145lb got bully then I stopped, I trained calisthenics, I kept my same weight, but I cut up and got a lite bigger and abs got way better than weights. So all in all Cali hits other muscles I didn't even know, people say I got bigger muscles but Cali brings out my shape, my weight has not change but I could care less about size, it's hitting the goal of reps or learn new skills for me. Cardio is what I lack. As for me getting bigger, I eat to feed my muscles not to get bigger/ my surplus is feeding my muscles not my mind. I can eat 2 meals a day and snack in between. But I don't worry about eating to be full. Just to fuel the muscle.

Idk if anyone can answer this but, If I burn 3k calories a day (tracked by a smart watch) should I eat 3.2k calories? Just to be in a surplus? Would my calories burned be considered maintenance Or should I track my calorie intake for a month and see what my maintenance is ?

Thats true if your lazy and you dont train you cant enjoy carbs because you will store fat
