Elite skills trainer @TimMartin_Tx took Trae Young through a full private workout. And to finish his session Trae Young Had to make 110 3-Pts while Tim was throwing a variations of Passes. Some three’s Trae had to catch ball with his right hand, some of left, other passes were thrown at his feet, and finally Tim would throw high bad passes. It makes for a more difficult drill.

Hey he shoots the ball well but he's traveling. He grabs the ball hops then shoots if you grab the ball with two hands you cant move your feet without putting the ball on the floor. If anything he should grab where he is at and shoot. He grabs moves a little to the right or left then shoots thats a walk.

I noticed that the best shooters barely jump when practicing catch and shoot on a highschool 3pt line and i think it helps with arm strength so when they shoot from Nba 3pt line or further, it creates more power for that distance when they actually jump.

This aged really well People saying that's not 3pt range, he's now arguably the best long range(30ft+) shooter in the NBA this season EDIT: Just checked, Dame has 13 made out of 30 attempts(43,3%) Trae made 10 of 26 attempts(38,5%) Trae is simply amazing but Dame is out of this world. Anything over 30% from 30ft is already crazy and this dude Dame been shooting them at the same clip Lonzo Ball shoots free throws. Damn

Mannn this video to me really just shows how great curry is lol. Curry and young’s mechanics really are similar. But curry’s shot so much polished..
