When you say that the steak at Rustic House is as good as the steak at Gordon Ramsay's restaurants, is that just hyperbole? Or is it really as good as the more expensive steak houses such as Oscar's at the Plaza, Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens, Barry's at Circa, Carversteak at Resorts World, SW at the Wynn, Vic and Anthony's at the Golden Nugget, Bazaar Meats at Sahara, Cut at Venetian, Bugsy and Meyer's at Flamingo, the Golden Steer, and Peter Luger at Caesar's?

Entering 2 nd semester culinary Meats just completed and it was hard Baking is next was told it’s brutal School prepares one for the restaurant world which I will never enter I only wanna learn how to cook and school has you doing so much extra BS that I’ll never use Cleaning the kitchen daily scrubbing pans is killing my back and the chefs are tough Sometimes I wish I didn’t do it and I really kinda hate school now and having thoughts of dropping out Ill play things by ear They throw so much stuff at you at once I can’t retain most of what I learned
