Glad to see you back Evan, I still remember watching you hurt your knee stepping out of your house. I know that set you back and had to be frustrating. Just want to say thank you because even before social media you were one of the important people that I looked up too and still do up to this day.

10:26 the longest sigh I ever seen hahaha. This cooking videos are the best! Simple, healthy and tasty but, more important, directed to have a healthy lifestyle instead of thousands of cooking videos of complicated recipes that end being pure harm and a huge waste of time. Thanks Evan!
@rossjarvis71212 жыл бұрын
These cooking vids do go a long way, thanks for posting again. Your cooking videos over the past 6 years truly reinvented how I perceive food and set me on journey to learn how to cook. I pretty much cook everything I eat now, have developed a deep understanding of my digestion and have never felt better. Youre one of my heroes! It did help that I lived in North Haven for several years. I just went to all the stores you went to in your videos and copied you! haha

Yay Evan is back! On a side note, I do something similar, however, I use a pressure cooker instead. It locks all of the flavor inside and cooks in 1/3 the time, without a need to wrap with tin foil.

Always the meal prep goat. I have heard so many other pros talk about how good your fish meals on the road looked lol. I am a sweet potato die hard lover it’s a daily staple only second to chicken breast. Often when pressed for time I nuke them and the skins will peel just as easy so real good in a pinch time wise will be trying this spice blend tomorrow after I pick up some punk in pie spice on the way home from work

Evan, I do eat the skins and I cut them into wedges and do a lot of the same....pumpkin spice and I use a spray butter on them, they also bake a bit faster....both methods make your carb intake a lot tastier....

Hey, Evan, have you ever gone overboard on a cheat meal (during off-season, talking 10k+ calories for the entire day’s total) before? If yes, what did you do after, subtracted calories from the following days, or just continued with the plan, as if it never happened? Happy New Year 🎆
