Usually I see bodybuilders especially the size of Evan and smaller, just cooking bland, tasteless food just to get those calories in. Props to you Evan, for cooking some decent food and backing up your choices with some research. Good to see you're not JUST going for bulk but also respect taste buds. Keep up the good work.

@Ash124285 жыл бұрын
R Z Evan is eating incredibly healthy here. Sure, eggs really aren’t the best but a lot of the bad aspects of animal products are easily offset by the large amount of vegetables he eats.
@Ash124285 жыл бұрын
wind spirit way to prove how you little you know about nutrition.
@Ash124285 жыл бұрын
wind spirit that means you were still consuming milk (very unhealthy) and still eating eggs (also unhealthy). Also, just bc you were vegetarian doesn’t mean you were eating healthy foods. You also have ZERO science to back up your position on nutrition, whereas as I have thousands of peer reviewed, non industry funded meta analysis. Carnivore is clearly not healthy, don’t even try to act like it is. You could’ve easily not commented on this post but you did, most likely trying to troll. I’m sure you follow Shawn Baker who has low T levels and extremely high cholesterol and will most definitely die of heart disease in a few years. You may also follow sv3rige. If so, I’m more than happy to link you a video where someone puts all the food he eats into cronometer and it turns out he’s missing about half of the vitamins he needs to live a healthy life. I also recommend a KZbin channel called vegetable police who went carnivores to fix a gut issue and the carnivore diet has caused a lot worse issues than just a gut issue. Either way, you don’t have to try to convince me that the carnivore diet is healthy bc you won’t bc there’s just too much evidence of the contrary. Tbh, I think you’re trying to convince yourself.

It's awesome you use all those fresh veggies, spices and herbs in your recipes. It makes a helluva difference in making an otherwise boring meal into something delicious, super-healthy and highly digestible. I've been doing this for a long time and can't understand how and why this isn't more of a 'thing'. Herbs and spices are a small 'tweak' that can make all the difference in the world and add all kinds of beneficial nutrients to the dish. Nicely done, sir.

This is basically a macrobiotic recipe, and includes asian influence, such as sea vegetable, shiitake, and turmeric. Evan is one smart athlete, because he understands the overall health-related qualities of food, as well as the macro-nutrient equations. Bravo ! ! . . . delicious, AND beneficial.

Delicious looking breakfast you have there Evan. My favorite are 4 eggs, scrambled with salt pepper thyme and hot chili flakes. With a side of baked beans (tomato sauce). I also add in some diced oniion to the eggs, though I cook these for 5 minutes before adding the eggs, to caramelize them a bit (but not completely). Adds a delicious sweetness to balance the spice of the chili flakes. Finally, 2-4 slices of whole wheat toast finish it off.
