Personally I would've put the big clash between Naruto and Sasuke in the original Naruto very high on this list. Not just because it had some really good animation and very good use of hand to hand combat, but also because the ferocity and the rawness of the fight is still unparalleled in the series.

i agree. TBH i would change out guy v madara with original valley fight because even though guy had the best taijutsu it was way closer to being a ninjutsu fight in terms of the show, now i wouldnt put it at one but maybe higher than the second valley fight

B vs Sasuke is worth mentioning for the attention to detail of the animation. All 8 of B's swords are accounted for in every single frame of the sequence, despite the wild dance of a fight.

The way you framed the Kakashi vs Obito fight kinda hit me in the feels, like even with all their funnies their first instinct is to fight like they always did, it's a very friendly and accepting approach when they're essentially sworn enemies

Sakura vs Shin should have been in my opinion. I'm not a huge fan of her and that moment is less iconic that the fight against Sasori. But in term of Taijutsu DAMN Sakura sold me dream with that one !!!

I feel like Guy vs Madara is more symbolically good than actually good, the Taijutsu in that fight isn't as good as some of the other high points like Naruto vs Sasuke or Lee Vs Gaara. I also think Baryon Mode is so fucking stupid it ruins the fight it's used in. The concept is such garbage that it's hard to focus on anything else. Like if you were checking out a house you wanted to buy and it was perfect except in the living room was the biggest pile of human feces you could imagine. At that point it doesn't matter how good the house is, it's full of shit. That's Baryon Mode. So I would rank it 4-3-2-1 Madara vs Everyone, Kakashi vs Obito, Naruto vs Sasuke, and then finally Lee vs Gaara. I also think Sasuke just in general is a lot of fun to see use Taijutsu, his style is very cool. Naruto fights like a normal human would, and Lee's speed even when not in 8 gates is kind of inhuman, but Sasuke has the perfect mix of the two where he fights like a real person would wish they fought like.

Guy vs madara is barely a taijutsu fight. Guy pretty much makes one punch and one flying kick. Everything else might as well have been airpalms and energy attacks. Theres more taijutsu when guys fighting madara in the 7th gate to be honest.
