Yo Obi, forget gym shark. The reasons that I recently started watching you (a calm, anime watching, lofi oriented, intelligent lifter) are the exact reasons that they feel your content doesnt “fit”. Youre catering to an honest group of people, not a power hungry group.🙌🏾

perfect training split is actually quite easy.. power focus lower split like full body or upper/lower, hypertrohpy focus generally better if splitted a bit higher, like ppl or what I prefer, Chest/Arms, Legs, Back/Shoulder because volume is better handled within a workout. but also if you are a beginner or just want to focus an technique, higher frequency is better meaning full body or upper lower. the more you want to work on details, the higher the split up until 5 split (each day seperate muscle group). what I like at most, is upper lower heavy, and then ppl hypertrophy, can be done in one week or better within 8 days. upper/lower as hypertrophy doenst make that fun, because you have to do an exercise per each muscle group, you are quite limited in volume, but for power focus it is just perfect. on then on hypertrophy days you can do more exercises because you have 2 upper days. also upper vs lower balance is quite good (I think it is too less legs when just doing ppl, but with the mentioned plan, you always have upper/lower /upper/lower/upper - then beginning from new, so 3x upper, 2x lower which is a ratio of 1:1,5, whereas with ppl you have a ratio of 1:2

I am in my 60th cycle now. My training has been more stress relief and anger management and the results has been a fit body but not as functional as it could be. I put together a workout at my workplace, of One set every hour of my working day. I started with 10 reps of squats and increasing every day by one rep. i found that as i got to 25 i was too tired by the end of the week. so, I added pushups, alternate days. i got up to 50 reps and slowed down the tempo. this blow up my chest and legs better than they had been before.
