Nicely done ✅ … Big Quadlock user here from motorcycling, but it’s evolved for me over the years. Now have it in both cars, both motorcycles, office desk, mountainbikes, Zwift set up. It’s a QL world I’m in. I just ordered this today to help in a series of videos we’re doing. I think for the cost it will work out to be pretty good value. It’s not sold as a gimble but combining with a late model iPhone (Sept?) with some anti footage shake properties it should be okay. I use separate audio generally too.

It’s great that the QL system works in multiple situations. After this video I found that the inbody stabilisation ob the wide angle lens isn’t great. When paired with main lens and sensor it works a lot better. But agreed audio is better recorded separately. What do you use to record sound?

@@DanEscapes we use Rode Wireless GO2. DJI also have a similar quality set up. Both decent. If it’s just a sole user, you can get individual transmitters with Rode.

Hi there, thanks for the review, I found it very useful. I'm a big quad lock user as well. I've been thinking about getting one but I do believe it's overpriced and after watching your review I have no doubts, I won't be getting one unless the price drops a lot. I have the camera tripod screw adaptor which I use to attach the phone to a flexible legs tripod and I'll stick to that for now, it's way bigger but that's the only con I can think of. Thanks again!

If you have that system already I’d say still with that. More versatile being able to put on larger tripods. This is handy if you want to travel with a small package but equally you can buy a small tripod.

thanks for the good review.. it's €95 here considering the negatives that also worried me when i saw the product page i think ill skip it and go shopping on amazon for an alternative. But the quadlock system is something i'm keeping for my bicycle just need to buy a new case for 16 pro max if i go for that phone. Comming from iphone SE second gen. .i do like the new quadlock cases that have a flush quadlock

Unfortunately no button, you will need to set a timer.

Unfortunately it does not, would be a great feature. I’m sure you could find an external Bluetooth button to stick to it.

That would be very good, limited to low shots with this unless you find a wall

They make a tripod adapter. So if you have regular tripod. You can screw the adapter on the tripod.
