I think what he's saying is you have to focus on yourself, women will come and talk to you, I know it's unfamiliar to most men, but it happens. I think the only time you should approach a woman is when she's giving you a clear invitation to do so, even Rom says that in his books. I found that to be very true. But for the most I'd say, focus on growing and making yourself better

I tell men to approach women using the *Damn Principle.* Only approach a woman if she is so fine that the first word out of your mouth is "Damn!" That means she is so fine and sexy you just have to go for it. Otherwise don't approach random women.
