Hi, I paid my subscription and this did not work. I got a mixture of responses along the lines of 'try again later'

Hi Duncan! So sorry you were not able to successfully run the comparison tool. We refunded your membership just now. Occasionally there are files that cause an error message. One common cause for errors is when there are empty rows in the Project file. Make sure to delete any empty rows in the files before running it. If you run into any issues, please send problem files to info@pjmscheduling.com and we'll take a look at what caused the error. Cheers! Pat
