I love way you described this.. it did take a long time but it also didnt feel like it did. I was glad go hear the steps of which is the most beneficial way and which is not. Microwaves heat food by causing water molecules to vibrate and, as a result, food is heated. Food cooked in a microwave oven is as safe, and has the same nutrient value, as food cooked in a conventional oven.

Are you serious? Microwaving is the least healthy way to cook anything, ever. Also vegetables need hydration, that's the main reason for eating them. So dry methods of cooking, ruin hydration. Thus making steaming the best option.

When you boil broccoli you lose 2/3 of nutrients. When you microwave broccoli you lose 97%! The best way by far is to lightly steam your veggies or lightly bake them. Please, anyone on this channel do your research 🙏

Microwaves are a safe, effective, and highly convenient cooking method. There is no evidence that they cause harm - and some evidence that they are even better than other cooking methods at preserving nutrients and preventing the formation of harmful compounds... I think you are the one that should do some research
