Huh... the Guard models at 1:16:53 might be a reference to Discworld's Nightwatch, you got Nobby, Colon, Carrot, Detritus, Angua and I guess the Librarian... did he ever join the Nightwatch in one of the books? can't remember... but the model does have a suspicious amount of scrolls for a guardsman.

AKCHTUALLY Ben, the Heavy Weapon Team has a Heavy Weapon AND a lasgun, so you only lose 1 or 2 lasgun shots (or 4 with an order...) to take a Heavy Weapon. also, I was the one who asked for all those guard changes. it was me

I think part of the issue with this edition Is that rule updates and new rules have to fill a quota to justify a $60 book which means they’re constantly having to come up with new rules and rule changes regardless of necessity which I think is why it’s so out of whack

Bottom of 7th edition to deal with eldar scatterbike spam I ran a Ravenwing death star, consisting of a command squad with apothecary, banner, and champion, 4 biker librarians, 2 allied in thunderwolf iron priests with cyber wolves. The star has invisibility (can only be hit on 6s, ignores templates), has a rerollable 2+ cover save with jink, a 5+ feel no pain, tons of S5 rending attacks, the cyber wolves to tank when necessary, basically an invincible unit.

You know how I know I'm in the target group for this channel? Tom spending several minutes in silence as he's trying to remember the name of his dice game, made me laugh because that must be the worst segment ever. The fact that there was nothing interesting about that part is what did it for me.
