Its the lack of accountability that makes me maddest. She killed an innocent child who trusted her, and did unspeakable things. The evidence doesn't lie. The reason they do it is two fold. It puts the parents and families of the victims through further hell to go to trial. If you can ever spare the loved ones of a victim going through a trial, that is a win. The other reason is financial. Judges and attorneys are insanely expensive. It costs the taxpayers a lot to go to trial for a major case like this. The important thing is that she was sentenced for life and can never hurt another child. Prayers for this little girl and her poor family. What a tragedy.

I went to the funeral of a teenage boy who had passed away at 18. I was talking to the mother, and I told her I don't have kids, but I lost my best friend in high school, and I can't Imagine what your going through she told me that I know exatly what she's going through.
