I had the pleasure of being able to watch Mark Millon play at UMass while I was an up and coming player in high school in Western MA. He was awesome and he was one of the reasons I went on to play college lacrosse!

Love the content! Being from a non lacrosse hotbed, I try and soak up as much lax as I can online. I use your wall ball routine daily to get better and love the advice from Mark Millon about watching as much footage as possible. Using KZbin to learn is such an advantage for me! The kid trying to figure out the frog was hilarious! I’m glad he tried.
