The Lattimore trade seems to be one of those rare ones where both teams and the player came away winners. Saints get some much-needed draft capital (because the roster absolutely HAS to be blown up), the Commies get a great corner who couldn't stand Dennis Allen, and Latt goes to a winning team that is on its way up. I'm gonna miss the dude because he's the greatest corner in Saints history, but he's literally going to a better place.

I'm sure someone already commented this but Washington didn't "turn Jahan Dotson into Lattimore". They kept the draft pick that Philly gave up for Dotson. Washington gave up their original 3rd round draft pick, and a 6th round pick that was originally the saints pick to begin with from that Cheeseman move. Realistically, they only lost a 4th round pick for a CB that's going to cost them less than a 1 million dollar cap hit this season, and roughly 18-20 million a season for the next 2 years. This might've been an even better move than trading Dotson.

Browning totaled 5.0 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, 4 TFLs, and 9 QB hits w/35 total pressures in 10 games. And Browning was The highest graded PFF Defender on the Broncos w/ an excellent team high 75.8 overall grade. He finished 2023 w/ an improved overall grade of (74.5), run defense grade (80.7) and pass-rush grade (74.7). And this weekend AZ finally gets back a pass rushing monster in this years second 1st rd pick who was by far thee best most dominant DE/T at the Senior Bowl . Several scouts and GMs had 6”5 285 BEAST (35.5in long arms) to a more explosive twitched up rookie JJ Watt out of Wisconsin. And through training camp was almost unblockable at times with an elite get off first step, tool box of pass rushing moves and he has elite power/trength im his hands paired with his quickness n polished pass rushing moves make him hard to contain. I think he’s going to get collapse a lot of pockets getting a lot of push and Baron Browning himself will be behind him cleaning up benefitting from the DL push of Robinson getting in a lot of backfields blowing up run plays and punishing QBs. Arizona also has a good OLB Zaven Collins (4.0 sacks/16pressures/71.1 overall grade n Elite 5th overall 85.3PFF Grade) who will benefit from both DROB n Browning coming on n will pair up nicely with Browning as elite run stoppers with A STACKED MLB room as well both of which are Excellent top notch run defenders as well. Mack Wilson Sr is an excellent outside rusher n inside blitzed the extra talent will help make him much more effective rushing the QB off the edge as a pass rusher n can win as a blitzer shooting gals. And AZ will be getting 6”5-285lb straight up BEAST of a pass rusher now healthy as a 5T Darius Robinson they pair with an Elite talent Baron Browning right behind Darius off the EDGE paired up making an elite pass rusher duo. The addition of those two will improve those around them like Collins and Mack Wilson Sr off the edges dramatically improving the pass rusher as a whole. I think Briwninf will thrive in AZs scheme
