Where people even think "Synthol" is beautiful, it's beyond idiocracy. In my personal opinion. Professional bodybuilders looked best from the 80's and before. That includes females. I’m 5’3” tall and weigh 116 pounds - I went into the men’s locker room not realizing there were giant muscle men inside. I was only the length of their legs. Looking up at how tall everyone was and how strong everyone was with their big muscles. They eventually looked down when they saw me. They flexed their big muscles. They then surrounded me and I tried to get between their big legs but I was too small and skinny. They enjoyed watching me trying to push them away. They were very nice and let me feel their huge muscles. Also they all had a chance to pick me up over their heads and shoulders. I will never forget that day.

And in the end, he ran away like a girl, with a victim mentality. Overrated and not to be respected for his behavior on and off stage, Jay is the result of never giving up, Kai is the result of having a chip on your shoulder and letting it defeat you.

It's amazing that King Kamali claimed to be 5'10", yet Craig Titus was shorter than Tom Prince who stated he was 5'8" when competing and 5'7" shortly before he died, so that would put Craig in the 5'7" region at best (he was a little over 5'8" in shoes in his mug shot) and Kamali was shorter than him, putting Kamali in the 5'7" region (in shoes). Even when I was young, I knew that Kamali was nowhere near 5'10".

Bodybuilding rivalries? People talk about Lou challenging Arnold in the golden era but Arnold said it himself. He was unbeatable even against Lou, Frank Zane, Mentzer or anybody else. The 1980 Olympia is the exception. That should've gone to Mentzer I think. Arnold wasn't in his best shape at all. Nobody could challenge Dorian in his day either. Ronnie and Jay may be the best rivalry ever but Phil Heath against Kai Greene was a really good one too. I'm of the opinion that Kai was robbed one year. Titus vs Kamali was so bad it was comical to a degree😂.
