Age of Consent laws in the U.S. are left up to the states so if one has sex in say some of the southern states where the law says 14 is the age of consent you are fine, but travel to Nebraska where the law says 16 and you are now guilty of statuary rape. I live in the Philippines where, until 2 years ago, the age of consent between Filipinos was 12 but foreigners and Filipinos is 18. Lot's of pregnant 13 year old girls and lots of 15 year old boys hiding.
