The Black Widow (4X4 converted C30) now has dual shock hoops!

This is PT.14 of this Gen V Engine Swap and 80s square body crew cab restore video series.
In this video we were able to modify the Sky's Offroad Design dual shock hoops to fit the 1986 4x4 converted C30. It ended up worked out better than imagined.

If you ever find yourself butt joining two pieces of pipe again, drill some holes for plug welds in the pieces you’re joining together for extra strength.

Would like to see your lower shock mounts and how the shocks cleared the draglink, or did you do crossover steering.

I’ve did crossover steering but there will be a video showing all of it.

Really nice done the shock hubs job! It will be very interresting to know, how they will interfere with the inner wheel well, but I think this problem is also solvable, right? And thank you very much for sharing :)

Thank you I appreciate the support and I’m glad you found the video interesting! The wheel wells will have to be modified also. They definitely interfere; however shouldn’t be to bad to take care of.
