Yay Jas!!! Congrats on your PR! Craig- please heal.... and share your journey.... it is where many of us are also and would love to see some comeback workouts....! I get so down when I have to do something even more scaled than usual because of my injury so to see others go through the healing is always helpful and reminds me to slow down and not make it worse. Heal ..... sorry you got injured but glad you didn't attempt that last workout! You are always so inspirational!

Quick little tip on your trap. This is what helped me. 20 min Ice it 20 min super hot heat. like a heat bag or something to get your trap to loosen up. Don't try to loosen it up with a Lacrosse Ball, it could be to much pressure. Hope it helps Craig. Keep up the good work Mate

Did you ever find out a way to prevent this from happening again/remedies to help it? This happened to me two days ago. I've had it happen before from other types of activities, but this is for sure the worst. It sucks. :( They said it was partly from a muscle imbalance in my rhomboids as well as built up tension.

hi dude. watching all your videos. what you did in thus video was amazing after 2 years. I've started crossfit myself but in my own workouts. busy times serving at the moment. what I know about pain it's o my temporary and it's a bitch, takes long time to heal. what I've learned is you become stronger more mentally than physically. just don't give in. smash it hard and get back on track. love the videos. hope to watch more. #jeffdontquit

You are so strong, and work so hard at keeping yourself in the best condition, and I am sad to see you get hurt. Will you do more acupuncture and physio that John from leanmachines did? You are moving along the path of a professional athlete you may need to get more massages and acupuncture to keep things more balanced.
