Y'alls reaction to the end was legit me. I loved the ending, but still, it felt like everything is over for Hughie & crew. And poor Kimiko, the time she finally talks, is when she has to watch Frenchie get carried away. Was hoping Newman pulled through, but I felt that she wasn't going to make it. This ending sets up a lot for S5 & I can't wait!

Yeah I liked her too but I totally understand why Butcher did it. She helped Homelander get to the position he's in and It wasn't until something *she* loved was threatened that she wanted to join the other side. As far as Butcher was concerned, she made her choice a long time ago.

I cannot stress enough how unbelievably brilliant the decision to use heart shaped box for the ending montage was. Butcher even said the steakhouse he went to was called nirvana, "forever in debt to your priceless advice" could reference Homelander and Sage ontop of that. Especially when Butcher is driving down that long road, like dude omg he's really about to go on a rampage and kill so many supes bro. This entire episode was fuckin' otherworldly bro, I can't believe we gotta wait till 2026 to see the next season. 😭 Both excited and dreading to see how this show ends fr

16:55 Yeah but I kinda get it, girl has been depressed this entire season to the point of having physical symptoms like her power not working, Hughie not finding it odd that she suddenly became peppy is upsetting. Hughie has been threw it this season and we saw Annie being very caring and constantly touching bases, even when he claimed he was fine she kept insisting he rest and when he broke down she was there to comfort him and this is while she was going through her own problems of having her abortion publicized and having an organization she grew to help people be destroyed and the people working there hurt. So from her POV where she’s already down in the dumps she also has to know that her partner doesn’t know her enough to realize her entire personality changed and that it went unnoticed for 10 days. She calmed down when Hughie showed that he did know her, but her being pissed off is understandable.
