Pulling objects horisontally is different from weight lifting. Average person can easily pull 30-50 tons. When you pull a train it's even easier because it's on rails and once you give it acceleration, it's mass starts to pull itself forward. The problem with trains is that they weight more than comfortable for an average person. You should weight 100+ kg and be strong to pull say a 200 tons locomotive. The physics behind it: acceleration equals force divided my mass (a=F/m). A-Train is quite athletic he looks like he could pull a 200 tons train if he'd try very hard. But given his super speed he's able to provide a massive amount of force! Although in the train pulling scene he didn't use his super speed and the mass of cars I thing exceed 200 tons, it shows he is stronger than humans but not very much stronger compared to other supes. Maybe 2 maximum 3 times stronger.

Personally, the conflict between A-train and Blue Hawk was kind of genius. Idk if this is how the writers intended it to be, but it reminded me a lot of the Republican vs Democrat conflict in this country. Blue Hawk and A-train aren't that different. They're both corrupt and don't care about the collateral damage that they cause. both parties are ultimately corrupt and really are just in it for power. And I've never seen that symbolized better than in this part of this season. Again, I could be wrong, and the writers could have had a different message in mind, but that's what I like to think this what the whole A-train vs Blue Hawk thing was supposed to represent.

Blue Hawk character is very shallow in this story. First he is used as a plot device for a black man A-Train to start his redemption arc (shallow considering to make us care about him, the writer have to remind us that he is black and therefore discriminated by certain groups). Second because the writer does not even conveying that he is a racist in a clear way. He patrol black community (crime statistics show that is a good place to patrol). He used a brutality to stop a CRIMINAL (even Homelander do that constantly). They are superpowered people. We are shown time and time again that almost ALL of them are PoS. It is a step down in writing really. And most disgustingly it works. You all cheered for a fucking selfish PoS A-Train just because "hehe racist cop hurt my race hehe". Ridiculous.

Actually if you take the situation in consideration, his reaction make much more sense that A-Train. You just gonna out from enormous explosion there is dead people all over the place and someone stop you when you are trying to evacuate the location. I think a "Jesus Christ man there is a psychopath out there" is really appropriate for the situation and as show A-Train is a bona fide psychopath that will betray anyone if it benefic him it turn the phrase into comedy masterpiece.

Yeah you definitely don’t understand the difference between literally targeting a specific group of people like he said in his speech “it happens in black neighborhoods” compared to you hurting everyone regardless of their race and background because of them simply being casualties, etc. There is no understanding here unless deep down you hold the exact same mindset as this character…
