@brian, you're singlehandedly responsible for me becoming a professional bass player. You've been my personal North Star during my whole bass career! I remember the one time I heard you live, in Zoetermeer in The Netherlands with Jeff Lorber. It was almost as if I was in heaven when you were playing/soloing. I'll never forget that: never felt that in any concert before or since! This song is just another instance of your fabulous playing! To me you're amongst the absolute best of the best ever. Thank you for your ongoing contribution to our instrument! I salute you!

Lots of guys can make your electric playing look weak and sad by comparison because it really isn't very good. There isn't a human on the planet who can play a contrabass like that. A little objective reality for you.

@richsackett3424, agree with you on the upright bass part! Wholeheartedly disagree with you on your electric bass comment! Brian is one of the most talented electric bass players to have EVER walked this planet! He's singlehandedly responsible for me becoming a professional bass player, and for good reason! Check out this song, which made me fall heads over heels for the bass when I was a young teenager. And there's A LOT more where that came from! I think you'll find that Brain deserves way more credit and respect than you're giving him!
