This review was probably the best and most transparent on both the photo and video for the canon RP. The shots you got on it are amazing man, I’ve had the RP for about 5 months and I love it, I did videography for a wedding and the shots came out so crisp.

I've had my RP for a few weeks now. I already own the BMPCC4K, so I have a cinema camera to work with. But, I wanted a camera with good autofocus for some gimbal and run-n-gun shots. And I think for most situations like that, the RP is really good. Yea, the dynamic range isn't great, but I have some fast lenses. So combine those fast lenses with noise reduction and the RP can give you what you want most of the time. Plus, with DaVinci Resolve you can scale up HD to 4K and get impressive 4K footage that looks like it was shot in 4K. And I'm a film maker with lights. So, if you use lights with the RP the RP can deliver. Great video. And yes, the RP is a really good camera especially for the price.

Underrated camera for sure...it may not have slow mo 4k but I was looking at alot of high end videos and 90% were uploaded in 1080...im sure they were higher res but 4k is still not really needed so 1080 will definitely do the job 🙏

Hey man! Great looking videos! Thank you for sharing this, I've just sold my Fuji XT-4 and switched back to the Eos RP. Yes, it's 8 bit, yes it's not ALL-I as you mentioned but Canon color science just blows me out! I was so sick about XT4's horrible overheating issues that make it almost unusable to me. In addition to that, when I compare the RP videos to my BMPCC4K, the colors and the look in general seem much more similar than the ones I get from Fuji. So I'm so happy to have a tiny lovable camera that makes me feel like I just want to pick it up and go shooting! Cheers!

2 mins in and I'm already sold about this camera, I got it's bigger brother EOS R and this will be the best B cam between the R6 and this obviously R6 is a way better camera but price to value ratio it just gives me more room to invest on other gears other than having 1 camera with no audio, lights, lens, etc..!
