I always used to use capcut because it gave me the ability to create professional looking videos without the boundaries of a professional type software (Like Adobe's subscription or Davinci's hard learning curve). I really do recommend it for any beginners looking to make professional looking videos. However, I have recently left Capcut, because it was about a 50% chance that mp4s would turn into mp3s and it would make the editing process like 4x longer.

@@TheAikatsuFan actually, I often do this. E.g. you can cut a video without re-encoding it so it happens "immediately". Here are some examples: Cut (without re-encoding): ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -ss 00:00:12 -to 00:02:30 -c copy output.mp4 Rotate by 180°: ffmpeg -display_rotation 180 -i input.mp4 -codec copy output.mp4 Scale resolution of a video to 1920 pixels (keep aspect ratio): ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vf "scale=1920:-2" output.mp4 Fade first 5 seconds of a video: ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -vf "fade=t=in:st=0:d=5" out.mp4
