One of the things I do to help the environment is to use printing papers that are printed on one side as scrap papers (using the blank side). THIS METHOD SAVES A LOT OF TREES!

That is a fairly shallow and uninformed opinion. First, all current "alternate" forms of energy are not mainstream bc they would be more harmful to the enviroment than oil. Secondly, The oil companys only turn a profit on 20% of the oil they refine as energy. The other 80% is plastics/rubbers/metals/agriculture the things your not willing to give up, or humanity. Bottom line the computer your on came from oil your cell phone, your food, every thing you enjoy aside from gasoline is oil.
