some tree I lived in The Houston for the first 4 years of my life; I recently came back, but yeah. My mom always used to take me real early to my school/daycare, so the sky was a deep, dark blue, the trees and dark areas were so dark I could barely see anything, which is almost exactly how this image portrays it.

An endless walk in an empty city. As you come to a park you are greeted by a dog, an old one at that. The dog signals you as you follow it into nothingness. You soon grow fond of the dog, wondering why it was the only thing there... no matter, you have acquired a new comrade on your adventure. You keep walking with the dog for hours, growing restless. Something keeps you going, "you can't stop, don't stop". You look behind you, the dog is gone, missing. You witness as the scenery around you shatter into a void. You wake up...

@@hellwalker9356 Yes and no. It's one of Leyland Kirby's aliases, but he "formally retired*" it after the release of the final stage of "Everywhere At Once At The End of Time." * and by "formally retired," I mean to say that The Caretaker character is dead.

I’m kind of unclear on what the Caretaker does and imagine it varies with each project. But does he actually play any instruments or take music that already exists and twist and distort it until it becomes a musical mirror of the Overlook Hotel or the stages of dementia ? I love it. Just curious what his specific role is.

@WAFFEN COLLIDER Your reply is pissing me off. But I'll tell you the story 2-3 years ago, LeyLand Kirby or better known as "The Caretaker." Published a 6 part album Titled "Everywhere at the end of time." This was any normal album, of course. Now he had previous works, much more interesting Imo; but that Everywhere at the end of time album really hit well. You should do research on the album itself. Anyway, about a year or so ago... tik tok found it. And they went cray cray on it. Then, a very popular "rhythm" game titled "Friday Night Funkin'" also jumped in there. By someone releasing a mod called "Everywhere at the end of funk" heavily inspired by this album itself. And yeah that's it. I have no idea why you're questioning people on how they found this man, when literally millions have heard about him, but you do you.
