I am not eating fiber. I can say that a year ago when I had an extra 58 lbs on me that when I ate celery, I felt awful was bloated. I have eliminated cabbage ( both red and green), tomatoes, bread, and potatoes. They were making me feel unwell. Carnivore gave my body back and my health.

Prior to carnivore I could eat fiber but after switching I cant handle even a gram. If I consume any fibrous foods I get eczema. Fiber isn't bioavailable. Therefore it's not a nutritient. It causes constipation instead of relieving it. Humans aren't herbivores we can't digest fiber.

To those new to carnivore- Carnivore diet cured so much for me! I am 5’7” and 47 years young. I update this list as time passes so it is always up to date, newest items at bottom of list. I have been zero carb carnivore (zero plants) for 1 year this Sept. 2023. And yes, carnivore is a permanent lifestyle for me! * No more perimenopause- completely reversed! *Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals.And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself! *No more night sweats *No more waking every 2 hours at night! *It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast! *No more life long eczema *No more cold hands (may have been Reynold’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea) *No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm *No more purple looking hands in winter (may have been Raynaud’s disease, never diagnosed.) *No more brain fog *No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows *used to have sore hips when sleeping on my side. No more! *Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight. *Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing! *Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well. *Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 47 and look like I am in early 30’s. *Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me. *No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach! *Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup! *no cravings unless they are for meat *no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago. *No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods when walking around. * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller. *feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 90 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that. *Before carnivore- i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights. * no more body odor! * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much. *I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that. * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things. *Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing! *no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing! * I have had no more issues from ear wax build up. Had it twice after having kids and docs would say it was a hormonal problem. Carnivore cured that too! *Veins in my arms look healthier. They were almost invisible before. *Legs no longer hurt on longer road trips or plane rides! *I used to get a popping sounds in my right shoulder when lifting weights. Was probably a pulled ligament. That is now gone! *I have been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and I feel my nails are a bit stronger than before. They do break if I catch them on things but I feel they are getting stronger on carnivore. *My teeth look more white on carnivore. *My blood pressure has improved on carnivore. 6 years before carnivore up to starting carnivore my blood pressure was increasing. Now on carnivore it is back to normal like when I was younger. Last reading it was 100/75 which is awesome! *i used to get eye twitches in my eye lids, but that is gone. * at times when trying to fall asleep I would close my eyes and at times felt dizzy like falling feeling or spinning. But haven’t has that since I have been on carnivore for 12 months. *the skin on the heals of my feet are no longer cracked and dry! *when laying still in bed to fall asleep at times I would feel dizzy or feel like I was falling through the mattress a bit. I would be laying still and get that suddenly. Felt weird and made it hard to fall asleep. Never diagnosed with vertigo, but it may have been that. I no longer have that since I have been carnivore, which is nice! *little leak from sneezing or coughing that ladies get from estrogen dominance is gone on carnivore! Hormones balanced so no more estrogen dominance! *The top inner corner of both my larger toes have felt a little numb for years. Never had it diagnosed. But being 1 year on carnivore I no longer feel that numbness! My nerves have healed in that spot on both toes! Crazy! *My slightly receding gums behind my center bottom front teeth have rebuilt so gums all over are super healthy! I have flossed daily for years, but gums look even healthier! *my skin on my face isn’t as oily as it used to be. (Newest update added!) If I think of anything else will add. ☺️👍🏻 I know when people go on carnivore they are trying to heal something, but if they aren’t like me and notice small things- they may not notice they are healing way more than they realized- things plant foods were causing! And they need to remember, processed foods are made from plants- but so are whole foods (raw or cooked!) they are all toxic! The carnivore diet cures! ☺️👌🏻 The body is a network made of multiple gears- and if one gets messed up it causes a whole domino affect of problems like I had! The carnivore lifestyle is not a fad, it’s the ancestral human way of eating! Go Carnivore for a few months and see how you feel! ☺️👍🏻 Dr. Baker, Dr. Chaffee, and Dr. Baker have excellent videos on how to start carnivore!

I'm a woman with RA diagnosis - I've gone from eating 1 egg maybe every few months ( following 'heart healthy' BS diet for 20 years, and riddled with pain 😣) to eating 3/4 scrambled eggs per day this last few months. I mix it with cooked minced beef ( about 100grams) for breakfast, cooked in beef fat 😋 its freakishly delicious and keeps me full for 7/8/9 hrs per day! 98% pain free from RA and cut off the biologics - the 2% of pain is probably the double cream i have in my coffee several times per day and the butter i use BUT this is worth it and sustainable for me 😊 I'm not a purest, 98% free i will take that as a WIN!! I feel my memory is much, much better and my brain is healing, my mood has stabilised - much less up n down, no gut issues, no bloating, no constipation, my face is smoother and the fine hairs have slowed growing 🤔 probably hormones stabilising. I went low carb- dirty keto- carnivore 👌

@@pennyrobinson4266 With any kind of meat, cube it up into stew meat size chunks, put it in the freezer for a couple of hours so that it is almost frozen, then it should run through your grinder pretty easily. Depending on how much you do, you might want to put your grinder parts in the freezer before hand as well. You can experiment with the grinder plates, I usually go with the middle size. Liver grinds up pretty mushy, so I freeze it in 1 oz portions using a silicone mini muffin pan, then just grab what I need when I’m cooking some ground meat. Good luck!

I know 40 yr old men who‘ve needed their entire set of teeth (rotted 😬) removed and now have a false set . . . and still eat the crappy foods. When I suggest trying an elimination diet, just for a few weeks - even show them how easy it is - they always say „no way, I wouldn‘t even want to try that“. I have said this before- but I truly feel that colon cancer is NOT silent at all! Our bodies are warning us up to that point in stages when people eat plant based foods, processed or whole (raw or cooked) - doesn’t matter which type you digest- does the same to your colon! These are stages that our colon warns us that we are damaging it before we hit colon cancer: Stage 1: IBS symptoms- (Cramping, gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, extended bellies!) Stage 2 if you ignore stage one: Diverticulitis, diverticulosis, crones, celiac, ulcers, polyps, leaky gut, lactose, and so on. Stage 3: colon cancer! We need to be listening to our bodies! Doctors say it’s normal to have IBS- but NO it is not! It’s not normal at all- it is a warning that if we ignore, our guts will get damaged over time! There is no silence with colon cancer- your body has done so much to warn you but you just didn’t listen! Remove plants from your diet and go the human ancestral way of eating- the carnivore lifestyle! It is not a fad- it’s is the human way of eating!

@@SowingProsperity I know one of the defense mechanism of brocoli. When they are bitten, they release sulforaphane. This makes brocoli tastes brocoli. This defense mechanism works against bugs, for us this chemical activate NRF2 which is good for the liver. Btw your argument is one of the most recognized fallacy Here is it when someone say "plant makes defense chemicals to defense themselves, thus all plants are bad" Which fallacy does this person commit ChatGPT The statement "plants make defense chemicals to defend themselves, thus all plants are bad" commits the fallacy of hasty generalization. This is because it makes a broad generalization about all plants based on a specific characteristic or behavior of some plants. Fiber has couple of benefits.. You can't/don't want to eat that much carbs when you eat fibrous carbs and also amylase can't break it into sugar in mouth so it's not so bad to teeth. And it doesn't spike blood sugar. 100 years ago Weston Price studied isolated populations how nutrition affects teeth and health. While carnivore diet of indians was great, there were also some population that ate rye or oats, with no ill effect to teeth. When isolation ended for such populations and white flour, sugar etc become available teeth and health problems started.

My personal opinion is that the fiber and heart disease connection has to do with the calcium oxilates build up in the heart. It's my understanding that the compounds that make up the "calcium" in people's "calcium scores" in the heart test are actually calcium oxilates. Calcium Oxilates are also what makes up 80% of kidney stones. Oxilates are a physical plant toxin that binds to calcium and other minerals in the body. Then, it takes those minerals out with it when the oxilates are dumped. Oxilates are water soluble and tend to be expelled through the urine. The kidneys can't filter them so they collect and form crystals... Then you have yourself kidney stone(s) and quite possibly calcium oxilate deposits in your heart...

what do you think about Grapeseed oil Vegenaise? It's a replacement for mayo.
@SowingProsperity Жыл бұрын
The more I look into it, the more I don't think we should eat any seed oils. I come from a lot of experience in the alternative cancer world and am aware of utilizing grapeseed in some ways. I wouldn't eat it or veganaise. There are a lot of carnivore mayo recipes. :)

This is why everyone is confused about what to eat, all things being equal I believe the Creator knew what He was doing when He address diet, seed bearing plants and fruit trees, nuts grains, legumes, vegetables. Meat was not introduced until the flood. I eat a tiny bit of meat compared to others, and whenever I eat meat I get stopped up, unless I eat lots of vegetables along with it.

I've struggled so much with the diet we should eat and have a biblical context. Jordan Rubin was a previous guest that wrote the book Makers Diet. There are a lot we can learn from ancestral diets, check out the talk with Dr. Bill Schindler but I'm convinced meat isn't the problem. I hope to paint that picture through the various lenses of experts. A big issue I see is the constant availabilities that our ancestors wouldn't have had. We would have had plants local and seasonal. The fiber aspect is something I'm not sure we have figured out and the amount of conflicting studies show that. Constipation has so much to do with the microbiome and minerals, especially magnesium. I'd be happy to visit more. 🙏🏼

I am convinced, it depends on the type of our microbiome and genetics. I am brought up with veggies and legumes. Now at 45 plus, my body only work at its best with those foods. I love fiber. Great metabolic machine loves fiber. Especially if I want to eat more herbs, greens, phytate could have been the barrier for electrolytes balance in people grazing like us. So, when will our science arrive at precise programming based microbiome options? How about the carbon cost for meat eating? Has it been calculated well? I observe, those enjoying meat, enjoy high carbon cost activities or life style.

In frigid countries, meat tastes better. So the body adjusts to an all meat diet for such people when most people shift to areas formerly inhabited by Inuits /Eskimos. Human body adjusts, and it is designed to switch to more meat as one moves to live in frigid places. Inuits and Eskimos ate fish and meat when thy lived in ice boxes called igloos.

Well said.. I'm pretty sure manufacturers were doing same here in nz.. Maybe from the blood and bone to boost protein etc in stock food.. Lucky it didn't kick them in the ars . We put blood and bone around our seedling eucalyptus trees to keep the rabbits away. It works great. Rabbits hate it.. Trees love it. Your comment will hopefully help people wake up.. We've always been high fat and protein here on the farm, nz, but did eat fruit and vege. Thankfully still healthy but now more so after going fat and beef without the plants. Good comment..

What stuns me is that people talk about eating the bodies of other sentient beings as if it were something neutral and devoid of suffering. If 8 billion people were carnivores we would have to slay unbelievable amounts of animals. Guess what that would do to the morphogenetic field and the collective subconscious? Start investigating the subtler levels of life, the anaomy of the energetic bodies and what happens spiritually to people who slaughter and consume animals. This is not a black or white topic, but there is a spiritual evolution taking place whether we know it or not. It is not a coincidence that many of the greatest minds ever walked the earth - DaVinci, Socrates, Pythagoras, Nicola Tesla, Einstein... et al - preferred eating as to inflict the least conscious suffering. Plants suffer unconsciously. Please study in depth esotericism. We are not only here for ourselves.
